The Relais Duca di Dolle is a charming, elegant, and refined farmhouse that has been transformed from an ancient Camaldolese hermitage, carefully renovated while respecting its origins. It comprises nine double rooms, two apartments, and two secluded suites nestled in the hills.

The vineyards of Duca di Dolle are situated on the steepest yet most fascinating slopes of the DOCG, the natural habitat of the grape varieties Glera, Verdiso, and Perera, from which the Prosecco Superiore DOCG is crafted— the pinnacle of the Prosecco world’s quality pyramid. A lengthy Charmat method, specially developed to enhance the power of these grapes, is employed. The quest for a low dosage of sugar allows for the creation of a delicate, fine, and persistent effervescence.

A dynamic company that has grown year after year, driven by the pursuit of a single goal: to produce high-quality Prosecco “at any cost, without compromise.”

The Golden Balance: Elegance and intensity come together in this cuvée, resulting in an exceptionally complex balance characterized by rare finesse through development and persistence.

Taste: The bouquet is fresh and delicate, with subtle hints of green apple and lemon, opening up to more mature nuances in the finish, with flavors of melon and pear. Rich and flavorful on the palate, the cuvée rapidly expands, concluding with velvety and gentle almond notes.
